3 year old Sophia Parlock crying at protest, was it FAKE?

As heard on the Glenn Beck show this mourning. Three-year-old Sophia Parlock cries while seated on the shoulders of her father, Phil Parlock, after having their Bush-Cheney sign torn up by Kerry-Ewards supporters on Thursday, Sept 16, 2004, at the Tri-state Airport in Huntington, West Virginia. (from GlennBeck.com page 2) Was it Staged? Are the people in the picture to the left the same as the people above?
