I have trackback! Now how do I use it?

Haloscan commenting and trackback have been added to this blog. Update (8/9 10:35AM): I think I got the code entered right but I lost all of my comments. It's enough to make you want to cry or shout at a Liberal. If anyone can explain how this track back thing works please leave a comment on this post. I would appreciate the help.
