Dixie Chicks not ready to use their brains
"I'm ashamed that the Dixie Chicks don't love their country." Natalie Maines is running her stupid mouth again, this time to the UK Telegraph, "The entire country may disagree with me, but I don't understand the necessity for patriotism," Maines resumes, through gritted teeth. "Why do you have to be a patriot? About what? This land is our land? Why? You can like where you live and like your life, but as for loving the whole country… I don't see why people care about patriotism." I don't see why people care about patriotism? Hmmmm, maybe it's the same reason people care about breathing. The same reason people care about living. Could be the same reason why people care about freedom. I can't imagine why anyone would be defensive when you attack the country that they love. I can't fathom why someone would fight for the country they love. Natalie, while you ponder why people care about patriotism, the people that understand patriotism will keep trying to teach you about patriotism, by not buying your music. Patriotic Americans are not ready to make nice with anti-American libtards like the Dixie Chicks. |
